Restructure Agencies

Bridges Agency - 

1. Combine all mental health services, nutritional assistance, medical care and housing assistance. Note: medical care referrals to appropriate agencies or services, not hands-on medical care.

2. Subagencies within - domestic/sexual abuse, veterans, children, disabled, elderly, refugees, suicide hotlines, etc.

3. Small "constituent services-type" section with liaisons for assistance in applying for benefits/services with other agencies.

4. Remove the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services from the Department of Homeland Security, rename it Pathways and relocate the new Pathways division into the Bridges Agency.

5. Do we include research grants on these topics within this agency or separate agency?

Ethics and Oversight Agency -

1. Office of Special Counsel

2. Inspectors Generals

3. Department of Justice Ethics Section

4. Training department for all agencies

Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Agency - 

1. Equal Employment Opportunity Agency

2. Department of Justice Civil Rights Section

3. Department of Education Civil Rights Section

4. All federal Civil Rights and Civil Liberties departments/sections leaving minimal behind at original agencies to coordinate

5. Training department for all agencies

Earned Benefits Agency -

1. Social Security Administration

Worker Protection Administration - 

1. Occupational Safety and Health Administration

2. Federal Labor Relations Authority

7. Combine federal law enforcement training activities in separate division
